Return & Exchange
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, you may submit a request within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Return and exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the delivery date (for online orders).
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided through the order/invoice number.
- Returned items must be unused and sent back with all original tags and labels attached, along with their protective packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same original protective packaging (including carton boxes, dust bags, etc.) to ensure they arrive in proper condition.
- Enas Ashraf Design reserves the right to reject any returned item if it has been used or returned without its original packaging condition.
Please note that if a returned item does not comply with the conditions above, it will be shipped back to the original delivery address and the shipping fees will be deducted accordingly.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
ONLINE PURCHASES:
1- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. Simply fill out the online return form or send your request via email to [Your Email Address].
2- A pickup service will be arranged with an additional shipping charge depending on your location. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for your return shipment to reach us.
3- Once your return has been approved by our quality assurance team, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order (excluding shipping fees). Refund processing may take between 4–15 business days depending on your payment provider.
Please note that online purchases cannot be returned at any Enas Ashraf Design store locations.
IN STORE PURCHASES:
1- Visit your nearest Enas Ashraf Design store branch and return your order in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt, together with the purchase invoice sent to your email or SMS at the time of purchase. (This policy applies only to items purchased from Enas Ashraf Design.)
2- Complete the return request through our After Sales Assistance form.
3- Once your return has successfully passed our quality inspection process, your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take between 4–15 business days depending on your payment provider.
Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned through online return requests.
EXCHANGES:
Once your returned order has been approved, we will proceed with processing your newly requested replacement order.
BEFORE ORDER DISPATCH:
If you wish to amend or cancel your order before dispatch, you may contact our customer care team via email at [Your Email Address].
Please note that items purchased during sale periods are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
The Returns & Exchanges Policy does not apply to vintage collections or discounted items.
