1.6 Online Sales; please ensure that all purchased bags are inspected carefully upon delivery or collection from our store. If there is any issue or concern, Enas Ashraf Design must be notified immediately at the time of receiving the bag so that the necessary assistance can be provided. Failing to report the issue upon receipt may result in Enas Ashraf Design not being held responsible for any refund or exchange related to the matter. However, repair services may still be provided where applicable.
Regarding returns and exchanges, a period of two weeks is allowed, provided that the item remains in the same original condition.
1.7 Egypt is our country of domicile.
1.8 If you make payment for any of our products or services through our website, the payment information requested will be transmitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.
1.9 We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in EGP and/or any other approved currencies.
1.10 Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Egypt.
1.11 Enas Ashraf Design will not trade with or provide services/products to countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), in compliance with the laws and regulations of Egypt.
1.12 Multiple transactions may appear as separate entries on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
