If there is any issue or concern, Enas Ashraf Design must be notified immediately at the time of receiving the bag so that the necessary assistance can be provided. Failing to report the issue upon receipt may result in Enas Ashraf Design not being held responsible for any refund or exchange related to the matter. However, repair services may still be provided where applicable.

Regarding returns and exchanges, a period of two weeks is allowed, provided that the item remains in the same original condition.
